SkillsDock public reputation layer
Useful trade knowledge.
A public reputation.
SkillsDock connects builders, subcontractors, tradespeople and service seekers across one operating system. SiteTalk gives that cross-role network a public knowledge and reputation layer; qualified Question owners can move into the existing SkillsDock RFQ workflow without turning every profile view into a job claim.
The SiteTalk-to-work bridge is explicit, not implied
This is the shipped qualified-intent path. It is not a claim that a profile, post or follower count wins work by itself.
Attributable public evidence
A creator profile keeps practical posts and media attached to the person or authorised company context that published them. The material shows how someone communicates; it is not verified job proof.
A qualifying Question
Where rollout and account gates allow it, a visitor can ask a focused trade Question and a creator can accept and answer it through SiteTalk.
An owner-verified RFQ handoff
The Question owner can prepare the canonical SkillsDock RFQ flow and link the RFQ back to the Question. Only permitted prefill is carried across; private Question data is not copied.
How reputation fits the SkillsDock work chain
Leads and tenders remain commercial workflows. SiteTalk adds public context and one controlled Question-to-RFQ handoff without collapsing those products into a social feed.

A public publishing surface with precise access boundaries
Availability depends on rollout, account state and eligibility. Communities are membership-tier, member-only chat rooms — not universal public topic or location hubs.
Profiles, posts and media
Publish field notes, project lessons, practical tips and visual media on a public creator profile with dedicated post and media surfaces.
Following and audience signals
People can follow creators and return to future publishing. Follows, likes and audience totals are not licensing, workmanship or quality verification.
Membership-tier chat rooms
Creators can open member-only chat rooms and choose which membership tiers unlock each room. Access begins through an active eligible membership.
Creator Studio and eligible products
Eligible creators can manage publishing, analytics, safety notices, monthly tiers, bundles and paid access. Demand, fees, refunds, disputes and creator outcomes vary.
Inspect the public product before creating an account
Browse current public profiles and posts, then use the same SiteTalk account dialog if you decide to publish or participate.
One public layer, different reasons to contribute
The SkillsDock advantage is cross-role context: the same network that publishes knowledge also contains the dedicated lead, tender, hire and operating workflows.
For builders
Share project lessons and standards, and follow knowledgeable trade voices without exposing private project or tender records.
See SkillsDock for builders →For subcontractors
Show how you approach the work through practical posts and media, and stay visible between lead and tender cycles without claiming guaranteed reach.
See SkillsDock for subcontractors →For tradespeople and educators
Turn hard-won knowledge into public resources and, when eligible, deeper membership access or paid products.
See SkillsDock for RTOs →What SiteTalk does — and where the boundaries sit
Public reputation, member access and commercial work each have different evidence and permission requirements.
Do I need a separate SiteTalk signup route?
No separate marketing-site signup route is used. SiteTalk's account-access dialog supports sign-in and account creation, then returns to a same-origin SiteTalk path.
What does a SiteTalk community include?
A SiteTalk community is a member-only chat room unlocked by one or more creator membership tiers. SiteTalk does not currently claim universal public topic, trade or location communities.
Can SiteTalk connect a Question to an RFQ?
Yes, where Question features are enabled. The Question owner can prepare the canonical SkillsDock RFQ flow and link an owner-verified RFQ back to the Question. A normal profile view or post does not create an RFQ or tender action.
Does SiteTalk verify workmanship or guarantee outcomes?
No. A profile, post, follower total, like, answer or membership is not a licence check, work verification or guarantee of quality. Demand, reach, rankings, product revenue and job outcomes vary.
